Seeing a doctor can be frightening for children, whether they’re having a routine exam, being treated for a chronic disease or need intensive care for serious illnesses. So it’s important to chose a treatment center that understands the special needs of children and is staffed and equipped to meet them.
The Children's Hospital of Georgia is the only facility in the area dedicated exclusively to children. It staffs the largest team of pediatric specialists in the region who deliver out- and in- patient care for everything from common childhood illnesses to life-threatening conditions like heart disorders, cancer and neurological diseases.
